Letter of Intent to end 'SUCH ROGUE ACTIONS'
I, sealteam11 of Wadyia, DoD of Central Powers, state that I will end my plans of conspiring war against the alliance Kashmir, for quarrels in the past. Also, I promise that I will not anger Kashmir in any such way as to make them feel threatened by myself, or my allies. I apologize for these actions and wish to end this conflict when the wars expire. I, or someone from my alliance will pay Homer his 6million that I owe him (irrelevant to war, was not a member of Kashmir at the time).
