    The way D34th talks it seems he thinks we're demanding stupid harsh reparations from Kaskus.

    I don't see how wanting them to admit that they were dicking us around and baiting us into a war, and how an apology and surrender, will cripple their alliance.

     


    Its because of the fact that we are Sith and are therefore evil by nature.

     

    Its okay though, I'm sure he'll get over it eventually.

    Regarding war with kaskus, this announcement is such propaganda. Longshadow reports reminds me of what joseph Goebbels did to save germans face of failing the war your lower tier are crying for aids to survive. not to mention Longshadow and Rayvon himself, are gasping for aids to be able to stay in 100 infra...

    If the tactic is so outdated and useless why the hell are you whining about it so much?

     


    Because D34th wants to argue for the sake of arguments sake. He has such an inflated ego that he can't help but see the rest of the world applauding what we are doing and has to come here and say "HEY YOU GUIZ SUCK!!!!!!1111"

     

    Which if you read his posts and boil it down into the simplest of statements is exactly what he is saying, just like NEW and just like Kaskus. I'd feel like D34th should just join Kaskus and fight for them, maybe he can even pull a Smurf and try and get them to reach an acceptable peace accords with us, only to then see where the true problems actually lie.

     

    The problems we have been dealing with this whole war and prior to the war.

    We have a forum but we use more effective means of communication. Were a small alliance no need for a forums.


    We know the situation and have reacted in a way we few is respectable to whom matters to us.

    We don't play by your rules you don't have to play by ours I could care less about sanction. Its part of the game.

    Please can you give us a straight answer, or better yet just don't give us an answer at all and we will happily oblige to turn you all into dust.

    This war is more tedious than Tetris-Legion and Mongols-GOONS combined. You two should just fuck and get it over with.

     


    I'd love too, you should convince Kaskus they are hell bent on sending themselves into the grave.

    OOC: I applaud you on being so delusional as to think that you are anywhere near what the Viet Cong was or think that the factors that allowed the Viet Cong to do what it did exist in this game. Cheers.

    All I am seeing here is yet again Kaskus/Mongols inefficient leadership, you lying through your teeth and yet another group of fine alliances getting put into a situation that they don't want to be in all because you can't accept how business is done here.

     

    This isn't your home, this is Bob. Bob is run a certain way and has a certain set of rules that you follow. In about 1 month you have lost 72% of your entire strength, I'd say you have lost. While you continue to cut the legs off of low tier nations thinking you are winning all you are doing is pissing more people off. When you continue to piss people off you don't get what you want. All those "negotiations" show is a lack of respect for the way things are done, for what GOONS and Co. were offering in an almost mirror image to how things were handled with the crap you pulled against us and Kaskus' gov't pulled against us.

     

    When is it that you and yours will realize that we aren't messing around? You have lost the war, strategically, logistically and diplomatically. The only thing you still have is your pride, which it seems is bigger than the entire planet of Bob. You wonder why your allies backed off when NPO and our other allies stepped up and said "Back off or face consequences." They understand how this game is played, you seem to think that you can dictate the rules. That what you consider to be "well natured fun." Is actually business, war is lovely; I enjoy fighting just as much as you do. But when you lose 72% of your entire strength (from where you stood prior to the war) and continue to say "We want white peace! We beat you! You had to call in allies!" You won't get it, what you will get? Nothing. Absolutely nothing,

     

    This isn't the sandbox anymore, this wasn't well-natured fun. This was us coming in and saying "You screwed us, we screw you." We did that, we even kicked the crap out of your alliance who was foolish enough to try and get in our way. Yet here we still are a little over a month later still fighting because your pride won't allow you to realize you've lost. This isn't a victory for Kaskus, all you are doing is beating on small children. You think you are defending a brother? You defended him, you fought for him, you bled for him. Now its time to call it quits, admit you've lost and pack up and go home.

     

    Yet will you? Probably not, because you fools think that you've actually won something here today. All you've won is a certificate of stupidity. Congratulations! 10 points to Kaskus for being the biggest waste of space on Planet Bob. I don't think I could have ever seen a greater group of fools in my life! The fact that you have brought me to the point where I find GOONS to be respectable and honorable people shows just how far you've gone! Want to know something funny? The best you will be able to come up with to fight this is two responses: "Hah! He's mad! Wakakakaka!" or "But you had to call in NPO and Shangri-La! You didn't beat us!" I find that Sardonic put it quite appropriately; you need to be exterminated like the cockroaches you are.

     

    But you know what takes the cake? We aren't offering reps, we don't even want reps! We just want you to admit defeat, that you were beaten on the field of battle and that the war is over. All it would take is saying "Hey we've been beaten! It was fun! Let's get back to the business of building!" All it would take, yet can you do that? Could you do that? Absolutely not, because you have some sense of otherworldly pride attached to you. Respected isn't something you just get, you have to earn it. You haven't earned it at all, all you've earned is contempt. All you've gained from the last two wars you have fought in is the dunce's hat. You are ridiculed, made fun of, used to create animosity between people for the sake of a debate.

     

    You aren't even an alliance anymore, just a collection of rogues who think its fun to beat up on new nations.

    What is dense is the assumption that Kaskus' situation can improve the longer this goes on. As the person most responsible for the situation, surely you can understand that it could have been resolved long ago. In the quoted post, I was indeed referring the GOONS-Kaskus War. However, history is not a perfect circle, and while the past can offer some guidance it is not an oracle for the future. What I believed would happen did indeed come to pass. NPO et al came into the war against Kaskus, while Kaskus' allies largely stayed on the sidelines. This was to a large extent a repeat of the PB intervention. The thing is, in the GOONS war Kaskus had the good sense to bow out gracefully once the powers that be had had enough of the war. In this case, you've decided to tough it out. I won't try to psychoanalyze "why" this decision was made. I can only state that the result of that decision is Kaskus being aligned against Equilibrium. This may not be intentional on your part, but it is the end result. The Kaskus war is diverting resources and nations of the Equilibrium coalition that should have been allocated towards fighting other alliances. You really cannot sugar coat this folks. Kaskus may only be directly at war with 3 alliances for the moment, but its position as an enemy of one of the major belligerents in a Great Power war on Bob is not healthy for its insurgent effort. The entire strategy that you guys are relying on demands that you don't get involved in great power struggles, because then you get squashed as numerous alliances gang up on you.

     


    I guess you didn't hear about Smurf going to GOONS and trying to get them to help them out to keep NSO and SL in war with them till after the Equilibrium War was over. It was kind of funny and Sardonic ended up just sharing the logs with everyone... Too bad I can't friggin find them now.

    Hmm..? Isn't NPOs strategy to just throw nations at us? Correct me if I'm wrong... but either way we're not throwing ourselves into high tech nations. If anything, its the opposite.

     


    You should read his post better, being on either side (aka the one being the high tech nation or the one being the low tech nation) wins.

    Personally I despise the tactic of just "throwing nations" at high tech/low infra nation just for the sake of keeping them in anarchy, only to do comparatively low damage.  I've been on both sides of it, and neither one is especially rewarding.  It's only the third week of this war too, :)  A lot more action to come I'm sure of it.


    You should try talking sense into Kaskus then. :lol1:

     

    But seriously I've never seen a more interesting war than this one, and I've seen several big coalition wars.
