So I attacked my targets today, 3 targets, 6 CMs.  However, some of my CMs were 'shot down' by the enemy.  Never having seen this occur in the history of CN, I checked their wonder lists, and my eyes.  No wonder that indicated this 'system'.  I was told this was a potential new wonder and not yet implemented, but yet I am surprised that all 3 of my opponents had one.

Honestly we were all surprised it wasn't GATO who declared on us given the amount of shit some of them talk towards us.

I also don't think that anyone in MI6 is upset that TPF has declared war on us. Better an alliance that's going to do some decent fighting and help us keep our spot as the most heavily engaged alliance than one in peace mode.

2. When Non Grata declares on 1 of 3 possible targets and elects to choose the one they do not like, they are benevolent overlords and we should all lick their boots and dance the happy dance of joy.

The NpO has no qualms with declaring war on the allies and friends of their allies defending their allies and sticking to their word, even if NG will whine about it.  They demonstrated this by doing so last war.
