Hi on the Alliance stats page which lists all nations, and their respective land tech infra levels etc, my nation was showing a land level of 585.09 when i had purchased 820, and had bonus land over 100. I thought there must be some hidden factor involved, but I just now bought more land, bringing my purchased land level over 1000. However my nation on the stats page still reports 585.09 . Is this a bug or do I not know something?

Hi I am wondering why spies have no impact upon a nation's overall stregnth. Any reason for this or am I having a problem I shouldn't be? Many Thanks Tomahawk
