BLEU could enforce a similar policy with our without NADC and LoSS. I can actually see it working at times when BLEU is not marching to war. The Assy Doctrine sounds
btw.LoSS is a member of BLEU last I checked.

I guess I am just confused as to why you would spy on a nation in peace mode.
And on top of that, isn't this a bug that should be taken care of?
I would assume if you are in peace mode you are not only invulnerable from war but other "attacks" as well, like spies.
No, you should be able to spy on someone in peace mode. If a rogue goes into peace mode, spying is the only way you can get at him.

I wonder if anyone is going to come to the defense of the GPA, or they are just going to be overwhelmed like all the recent wars?
I hope they do get support. It will make the war interesting instead of just another beat down.

GPA's treatment of NPO Head of Diplomacy Dilber has been nothing less than rude and incompetent. From editing his post to the commentaries concerning the issue in the NPO embassy on your forum, you have done nothing to bridge the damage done.

What impact did the most recent war against \m/ have towards the Legions image of viewing itself and how do you think others view you because of it? Do you feel that you gained credibility in the war and do you feel you could have done anything better during the war? Also, its nice to see you guys are doing well recently.

BLEU + NADC would be more realistic, even then they lack the historical precedent NPO had. But hey, if anyone other than NPO can do it it is probably them. OUT might be possible as well.
Well, I think IRON is a tech raiding alliance so I doubt that would happen anytime soon on orange.
