more information is it has spread to my google and my yahoo.

yah i just deleted my cookies and browser history and it didn't fix it still got the same issue. I got firefox if that helps.

I don't get a error message its just that i can't click those 2 buttons. I don't know why or what i did to cause this.

I'm having a issue with the Confirm and Submit foreign aid its that i can't click them and work. Anyone else having this issue? Also it continues to stay even after i switch my browser.
