No, the DoN said you cannot aid a NATION at war, not an alliance. That was the loophole that is being rectified at the moment. The problem is, when he sent and received the aid, it was before war was declared.
And as for noticing that an alliance is at war, I can't speak for 404error. But GPA didn't endorse the deal.
Just because your rules say it's ok means nothing to the international community. If you guys had a little common sense, then this wouldn't have happened.

This was not a loophole. The GPA DoN and the precedents on these matters have been set for a long time. The simple fact is that the concept of actual neutrality is completely lost on the latest generation of GPA members and leadership. Six months ago this would have gotten their member shouted at to the point of resignation and quite possibly demasked, if not thrown out altogether.
There is much truth in this statement. Why, I remember one time where I argued against GPA for being way too strict when one of their members aided one of their friends, and then a week later the aided person became rogue and he was kicked out of the GPA for aiding his friend. GPA has done things like this before and the excuse of legislative loophole is BS.
