Well I'm glad I could give someone a good lol.... Ok So I have one nation in for this deal. I need two more people.

Here is the thing. I'm a buyer trying to raise up my tech so that my nation can grow, and make more money down the road. But there is a problem. I sent out way to much money to fill up my aid slots, and sense I'm also doing the backlog method, to earn more money on every tax collect, I ended up in debt. I can't pay my bills. This is because I let the bills to be more than what I can pay up for. If I could just trade out my labor camps for banks, then this problem would have never come up in the first place. As we know if you can't pay your bill your can do that improvement swap that is so needed in the backlog tactic.. Ok so, since I have lots of tech, I'm willing to buy my way out of this problem. I need 12 mill, and all of my aid slots are empte.. I will give out 200 levels of tech in trade for this money. Tech deals are currently full right now. Anyone one who wishes to conduct a tech deal at this moment will to place on stand by mode. I'm currently wanting on 2 members to accept their aid. If in three days they don't accept tech aid, then I will open up a slot.
