I'll just quickly add my own 2 cents...
What FAN needs to realize is that Surrender terms are just that. Surrender terms. They are manufactured to punish an alliance, not to be lenient. If you made it this far into your terms with such a large number of nations having more than 20% troop counts (even if it's only a few percentage points) it's from the NPO being lenient with you, or perhaps they waited this long just to toy with you. I don't know and, honestly, it doesn't matter. This war is completely justified.
You broke your surrender terms with one of the most powerful alliances in the game, and you'll be destroyed for it. Thats the way things work.
On the other hand, I think that this whole thing could serve as a lesson. A great deal of thought must be put into surrender terms, and every sentence must be meticulously scoured to make sure things are worded perfectly. This isn't really the NPO's fault, so much as it's something they could probably improve on slightly in the future so that this sort of thing can be avoided completely.

What an epic thread. Dzar, I now have nothing but respect for you, as you are obviously a very intelligent an honorable individual within the GPA. Through your bravery and courage, you may have just saved your alliance.
One of the best threads I've read in a while, and I hope the GPA follows Dzar's lead and saves itself.
