On the one hand, I've been saying for years that, the best reason for war is simply something along the lines of "$%&@ you, I don't like you guys" so, I can't say anything bad about the reason for this war. I mean, that's basically what you guys are saying to the NPO.

On the other hand, I can't see what your overall goal is, so it's a bit of a headscratcher. What's your end game for this? When does it stop?
There is no end game...

Everyone has said things are stale...and that certain alliances were not using their positions to effect change for the greater benefit of bob...

Post-conflict a precedent will have been set and nations and alliances will once again be able to act upon their feelings of dislike for one another rather then bottling it up or trying to fabricate cb's against one another to win PR. That was essentially the problem...every war needed to have a solid cb but would have to also pass the PR test...

You guys are funny. You think that just because you're at the top of the world, and don't have to get a full arsenal of weapons as soon as it's in your grasp, that the rest of the world shares that luxury with you.

The need to have a full arsenal is the price I pay for the course I have chosen. Sure, it's a slightly less efficient economy, I pay an extra $290k in bills (Oh, the horror!), but I'd rather enter a war with 20 nukes than 5. It never ceases to amaze me how ignorant some of you can be.

I see...so you want to be a 60 second lover...I believe a lady is entitled to atleast more then that though...

Ask your government why it became permanent.
I don't need to...evidence is already in the FoB embassy. :)

What's funny is all of you claiming FoB was wronged are from MK, that speaks volumes right there doesn't it. ;)
MK has always looked after it's friends even those that have severe inactivity or who in FoB's case left abandoned somewhat prior to impending war.

What the $%&@, why do you find it necessary to slander your alliance's founders in a charter announcement?

we left over a week before the war on what was to be a temporary excursion, supporting allies that your own previous alliance wouldn't hear of us defending. Calling the previous administration disloyal deserters in the midst of war is patently false and a little hilarious coming from a carpetbagger.

Tell me, when did a sudden concern for FoB occur for you and Tamerlane? Did you join of your own volition or were you on a mission?
How is it false? Did you not desert?...your still flying under the PC banner...so I fail to see the temporary...seems more permanent.

Its not as if its a disbandment, symbolic measures aside and isn't "leading the way" something a leader would do?
Nadal is leading as he is co-leader. :)

One chaperone in the front and one in the back effectively...Archon called the back end. :ehm:

  6.
Well, Archon's nation has an alliance seniority over 1300 days, if you don't care about it, whats the big hold-up? You have enough time to do the change here in your forum profiles, whats holding up doing it in game?
The captain is always the last to go down with the ship... :)

  7. I swear nothing new has been said or done since this announcement was made...a month on and still the same faces keeping up the lousy arguing... :v:

When Kharma started, those fighting for the truths said they would not want reps from a war again. Then you have Grem against the codex they started, and C&G stating they would never be like NPO/Heg saying they would never do that...yet they try to deal reps that would be similar to those they opposed at the beginning of this war.
Wait has any allianced been disbanded? Has anyone been P-ZI'd? Or E-ZI?

C&G was aggressively attacked and it is well within our right to make sure people pay.

Don't blame other alliances and blocs for something TOP and others probably should have engaged TOP Speed! :P

Be careful what you wish for...you might just receive it.

Actually, I hope you get exactly what you wish for...it will make the second attack wave's job easier in 6 months.

Oh wait, you thought this is the war to end all wars. :lol1:
Ofcourse there is no final victory or defeat in war/politics/life.

Hey Krack, you should read the FOK thread, where C&G are claiming that TOP have the advantage in the upper tier, before talking about 'lower mid tier'. Also, while no-one forced TOP to do the stupid things which they have done, no-one is forcing C&G to prolong the war or refuse to discuss peace either.
Exactly we wanna keep those who attacked us locked in war...what's the issue here?

You think we care about pixels or stats dropping? :v:

Some TOP members have said they would like an eternal war...well lets see if we can't make their Viet-TOP wishes come true... B-)

You could be having fun with that if you were to just white peace those you are fighting, instead MK has taken more total NS loss than NSO as well as a similar amount percentage wise. Now see where your pride gets you, maybe you should be trying to convince someone else to $%&@ pride if you feel that way?
IIRC internally we at MK have agreed to not peace out till the very last nuke that we still own has been launched... :nuke:

The past is the past Doch, we all did things which were 'socially acceptable' in those days.
What? how does one define "socially acceptable"?

EZ/PZI was never socially acceptable...people just turned a blind eye because the people doing it were bigger and connected enough that no one ever dared do or say something about it. That is self-preservation not social acceptance. Big difference.

Those involved in this conflict will not makes decisions based on what is socially acceptable but what is acceptable for themselves and their friends.

I would be all for white peace but the fact is that if an alliance decides to engage in aggressive wars they do not deserve white peace. TOP's DOW pretty much stated they attacked to bloody C&G.

I'll just point out that it is not in Archon's or CnG's interests to portray an objective description of events, lest they not be able to persuade more alliances to peace out so they may better destroy 'TIFDTT'. All his post really reads to me is the various talking points I've heard everywhere, compiled into one verbose speech in which he makes sure to depict us as Hegemoinc cronies picking on innocent do-gooders.

This war does not have to be won to be ended, in my opinion. I think both sides have sustained enough damage that they would be willing to see things end if a reasonable solution were proposed; but pursuing this war until one side is destroyed will have near as bad consequences for the other side.
I say most excellent... ^_^

  13. Who cares if they resigned just to come in? There is no rule or law that I know of that prohibits this sort of thing.

What are you moaners going to do when in future people like Gramlins or the like opt for a more paperless friendship where support for an alliance can come completely from leftfield?

    Welcome to the fight...enjoy it.
