So I am looking for an alliance, but no neutral alliances. I want an alliance where I can go to war, where I can actually be involved, have a trade circle, do tech deals, get the money i need to grow like crazy and become a military powerhouse. Also prefer not to have to go though any boring academies or take any silly tests, i don't need an alliance to hold my hand basically.
Thats what I'm looking for but seems like every alliance is peaceful and neutral and doesn't want to go to war unless it has to.
