[/quote] Yes, I will be joining an alliance shortly, I am just deciding which one (finding an alliance which isn't going to get me wrecked because of the current war is a tad difficult). You can send the money and I won't accept it until I'm in an alliance, if you like.

I'm rather new to CN, but I have played before, some years ago, and I remember the basics of tech dealing, so you can rest assured this is a legit deal. You won't get any rubbish from me, and you can be assured you will receive the tech promptly and reliably right after update when the slot expires, with no fuss. I will be in CN indefinitely this time, so that's also not a worry. Also I'd like to keep selling until I have at least 3000 or so infra, so it's 'long term'. It's a standard 3million for 100 tech deal.
