  1. Article I Section A. The supreme power of the government is hereby vested in the Emperor. Section B. An emperor’s term expires at death. Section C. Prior to death an Emperor will select his successor. Should an Emperor die before a successor is chosen then the Executive of internal affairs shall be inaugurated. Section D. The Emperor shall appoint heads of the following departments to act as advisors: The Ministry of Justice, The Ministry of Defense, and The Ministry of Internal Affairs. Section E. The Emperor shall take the following oath at his inauguration: I do solemnly and sincerely swear before the people of the whole country that I will observe the Constitution, faithfully perform my duties, promote the welfare of the people, safeguard the security of the State, and will in no way betray the people's trust. Should I break my oath, I shall be willing to submit myself to severe punishment by the State. This is my solemn oath. I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of Slivary against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God Article II Section A. The Emperor will have all judiciary power in all cases: criminal, civil, contract,etc.. Section B. The Emperor can appoint any judges to handle cases he is unable to. Section C. The Emperor and all other judge will have to take the following oath before a case: I, do promise and swear by God and His Holy Gospels that to the best of my understanding and conscience I wish to and shall in all judgments render justice to poor and rich alike and render judgment in accordance with the laws and lawful rules of God and country: I shall never, under any pretext, pervert the law nor promote injustice because of kinship, relationship, friendship, envy, hatred or fear, or for the sake of gifts or presents or other reasons, nor shall I find an innocent person guilty or a guilty person innocent. Furthermore, I shall not, before pronouncing a judgment or thereafter, reveal to the parties or to anyone else anything about the deliberations that the Court has held behind closed doors. All of this I wish to and shall fulfil faithfully, honestly and as an earnest judge, without deceit and intrigue, so help me God, in body and mind. Section D. In a case that is determined to be fitting the defendant will be tried by a jury. Section E. The ministry of justice shall act as prosecutor in all criminal cases. Section F. The Emperor shall appoint a Chief Justice who along with the Emperor and the Minster of Justice shall act as the Nation’s Supreme Court. Section G. All defendants are innocent until proven guilty. They shall not be forced into incriminating themselves and has the right to have counsel present during all integrations. Article III Section A. The Country of Slivary shall be divided into five districts. Section B. The five districts shall be ruled under the law of the Emperor and day to day operations shall be overseen by an imperial appointed governor. Section C. Any criminal who was has committed a crime in one district, but has fled to another district, shall have a trial in the district which the suspect has committed the crime. Section D. The Emperor shall have all powers that has not been stated, but should be required for the prosperity of the nation. Section E. Amendments shall be added to the constitution when the Emperor thinks necessary. Section F. The constitution is the supreme law of the land and no other laws shall be made that will violate the constitution. Amendments Amendment I Section A The following amendment has been approved by the Emperor. Section B. This Amendment will change the text of Article II. Section C. The Emperor has the right to end any trials at any point should he deem it necessary. Section D. Approved on the tenth of March in the year of our Lord 2005. Amendment II Section A. This amendment has been approved by the Emperor. Section B. Treason shall be defined as any activity which is meant to do harm against the government. Such activities include: inciting revolution, spreading extreme anti-government propaganda, Assignation of a government official, giving any aid to a hostile force, or more than 20 counts of obstruction of justice. Any one of these crimes is a capital offense and is punishable to the fullest extent of the law. Section C. Approved on the tenth of March in the year of our Lord 2005. Amendment III Section A. This amendment has been approved by the Emperor. Section B. This amendment shall change the text of various parts of the constitution. Section C. The Emperor has the right to suspend the constitution when he believes it necessary for the country. This means that any decisions made by any government office before hand or during the period of martial law is void. This also means any amendments made to the constitution does not apply within the time of martial law. Only the Emperors decrees shall hold any relevance in the nation. Section D. The Emperor or any judge has the sole power to declare all evidence inadmissible. Section E. No new districts shall be added to the country and any new land gained shall either be declared a territory or an added portion of a district. Section F. The Emperor is head of state. Section H. Approved on the tenth of March in the year of our Lord 2005.
