Last time we fought an alliance for three wars in a row, we wound up signing a treaty with them. <_<

The fact that this is only 5 pages long says a whole lot about where CN politics are at.
Well I'm sure it would be longer if there was something to actually debate. At the moment though someone declared war for no stated reason, so all anyone can do is acknowledge and move on. The more delicious threads, I'm sure, will come later.

Maybe, maybe not. We ran the numbers and it came up iffy.
The real issue was that the Legion and ODN didn't back us up. Had they, we'd have taken the war in a cakewalk.
Judging by the performance of Legion in the next war, I don't really think it would have changed much. Ahh, memories.

I remember CK from way back when. I remember being in Polaris when CK returned to gov in GATO and got it rolled again. Memories. I also know Kevlar and know him a lot better than CK.
Also, I do remember GARO. Fun time. Fun times.

This is correct, though it was a discounted rate, IIRC. And anyways, most of us in the top tier had to send our tech and receive nothing for it. They were essentially aid bombing our little dudes while we sent our most expensive tech to them. But that's the past, and I'm currently allied to an AA I sent the most tech to.
TOP, you owe me about 900 tech ;)

IC forum where they have been staying IC. Pretty sure our gov has talked with your gov and with your allies in TOP. I am going to guess that you have some guys who can't stop playing the victim card well past its expiration date.
Perhaps. I've heard different, though. I'm happy to let it blow over as some fun, if that's what it is. It just hasn't played that way to us from your gov and your members is all.

1) It was a bit of IC fun. We aren't attacking or planning to attack polar because of schatt and starfox.

Maybe, didn't seem that way based on the reactions of o ya and Cuba. Your offer is tempting, but nearly eight years in the same place makes it hard to abandon close friends. Plus, where is the fun when there's no challenge?

I'm not sure where you see the sides. If you look at Dajobo's posts in the thread, our official position is not that DBDC is evil. Some of our members disagree with what you have done. That is their prerogative. If you, or your members, want to raid us for that, I guess that's yours.

Spot on. Although to be fair, I can see why Starfox would have a problem with the way we approach his !@#$ posting because no matter how right he believes he is, NBForrest and William Kreiger are the only ones who are going to lose.

I guess if you want to punish me and others because you don't like what he says, whatever. You're really just validating everything he's saying by responding with raids on our upper tier. But do whatever you think you must. It's your right as a sovereign alliance.

I'm failing to see the inaccuracy here.
I cringed a little, then laughed too. It's totally accurate. Alliances such as DBDC with such a lockdown on the situation are outliers in the analysis that's being attempted here.

You should probably join one, if nothing else to get your feet wet with politics and to help kickstart your growth. As for alliance fit, I don't think anyone but yourself can answer that one.1
