So you're saying EQ isn't shifting resources from certain fronts to others?
So what if they are?
-
List of priorities
1. Tell rush we are surrendering.
2. Fix internal problems.
Moving on to serious matters, good luck Hooligans moving forward. You fought your fight and now you get to rebuild before the rest of us :P o/

A merger is in the works I believe.

Tick and che. Particularly tick.

Could you provide examples of active (read: fighting) nations with WRCs who are close to 500 tech or less?
here ya go.

As far as 30mn aid drops go... that worked extremely well for GOONS during Doomhouse-NPO, didn't it? Did NPO secretly gloat that they destroyed GOONS that war?
We did gloat actually, someone, I think Baka worked out that the amount of aid sent to GOONs from umb was more than the reps NPO had to pay after karma ;) -
If it wasn't for dilber telling me the other night I would have forgot this war was still ongoing.
Happy days! -
That's because Pacifica didn't lose wars pre-karma. I remember where you used to reside so it is understandable that you find no fault with the old Pacifican hegemony.
Oh my...this is priceless. Do some research champ ;) -
To be fair, everyone says this in every war. "Herp derp we're gonna VietFAN you guys."
Pretty much and very few people actually do it. Never mind that most alliances couldn't do it if they even wanted to but that's besides the point. -
Did you? Fascinating.
All I see above is that being defeated without harsh terms in the recent era is being falsely equated with the excesses of the pre-Karma days. If you can't stand to lose a war or two, then you're on the wrong planet. If you really think a couple of defeats are anything like what used to go on, then your lack of historical perspective is startling. Well, it would be if it weren't so convenient for your present purposes.
I have been here since 06 and the most infra I have ever had is 5k. Don't preach to me about losing wars pre-karma ;)

It's hard to tell with you RIA types whether you're being random or insane or attempting to be serious. Anyway, if you weren't here back when things were really bad, then you can be excused for perhaps mildly objecting to the past couple of years. If you were here before Karma, when jackboots marched over anyone who didn't suck up to the hegemonic power, then there can be no excuse for such bizarre exaggeration about the post-Karma order. So are you just new here or are you insane/random?
I thought ODN was trying to get close to NPO?

DefCon spying is a waste of money.
Not always, it has its uses at the lower tier when facing tech turrets. Ask amossio ;)
-
I have seen a spy op of an umb nation who had something like 3.4 billion and 5 days later had 1.6 after rebuying lost infra on a daily basis along with paying the normal costs of war. One sec whilst I go check our records for it.

Why do I get the feeling that after DH/friends have finally surrendered all we are going to see as topics post war is ' we surrendered but we won on stats'.
News flash kids, stats don't win wars. 30 untouchable nations aren't going to win this war but the other 1500 or so nations the EQ coalition can touch will make defeat for DH/friends inevitable. If you are content to let your 99% burn in order to gain some silly advantage for the other 1% be my guest. -
How can one be winning with so many in peacemode?
-
Anyone else thinking of Baghdad bob whenever magic posts? :)

Nobody dragged NG anywhere.

I am going to give the commies some props. I thought they would have imploded or surrendered by now and the fact that they haven't should tell us they aren't as bad as we all thought they were.
-
Funny jokes only.
-
Wars are won in the upper tiers when the situation makes the upper tier front the deciding factor. The grams examples proves that and only that. The presence of an upper tier is in itself no indicator of victory.
-
Hmm..? Isn't NPOs strategy to just throw nations at us? Correct me if I'm wrong... but either way we're not throwing ourselves into high tech nations. If anything, its the opposite.
Who is this us?

sums up my thoughts

19 Billion is a bad warchest? O.o
I'm referring to the other matters. -
I've seen worse. Glimpsed a screenshot of a 12k infra alchemy nation with 44 million in the warchest the other night. That doesn't excuse the nation spied upon above though. NADC, get your shit together.

How do you manage to reach that conclusion?A smart strategy adapts to ever changing circumstances. If your coalition had the numbers to adapt I am sure it would too.
