I really like these submissions. One thing about the second one, could you align the middle portion so that both black stripes are the same size?

Could you add a small yellow line onto both of the red area separating it from the black? I think the concept for this one is very nice.

That flag, while good, is not what we're looking for.
Please don't use the Silentist Star in the flag. It represents the old -SE- just as much as the Raptor bird and Mongol star.

Could be simplified if you like the concept.
It would be good if you could have the sword running through the double edged scythe in a cross. Could you also make the scythe and sword totally black?

Could you tilt the sword and scythe up a bit and reverse the scythes direction?
I like the concept, but would it be possible to use a simpler symbol, one that isn’t as complex?

Well it was an awesome flag in terms of graphics, but many of our members have complained about its NazBol imagery. We also want to make a clean break from the old regime.

Hello fellow denizens of the Cyberverse,
I come to you today to begin a new flag competition, with the aim of creating a new flag for the Socialistic Empire. I am offering a starting rate of three million, which is negotiable depending on the quality of the submission.
The flag MUST contain the following colours: red, yellow and black. It cannot contain any other colour. Different shades of said colours are acceptable. Flag effects shouldn’t be overused.
Some form of symbolism must also be included. Please avoid use of symbols such as the hammer and sickle (we feel that it is overused) and try to be more imaginative than just copying RL flag symbols.
This competition will be open for 5 days, ending on Wednesday. I reserve the right to end the competition early if I feel I need to.
If you have any further questions then please do not hesitate to ask.
The competition is now closed, thank you all for your submissions. A winner will be announced as soon as possible.

I laugh at those who think that Black is unstable at present. We may not be clumped together in one massive colour team bloc; however the Black team remains strong and stable, with almost every black team alliance on good terms. We respect the freedom of all alliances to go about there business as they please, without influence from any one alliance exceeding that which is needed. Most importantly Black team alliances share the goal in ensuring a free and un corrupted senate, which anyone is free to run for, even -SE- has held a senate seat at various times in our long history on black ( thanks to our allies in BPI). I welcome our friends in =WE= onto our sphere, which no doubt will boost our already growing friendship to new heights.

He has received a lot of bad PR recently, even before this mess, so I doubt he would want to show his face around here until things quieten down.

I was the one who wanted the transfer the SupCom's powers over to the GrandCom's. The idea was that both the IA and GrandComs would balance each over out. And while you had your position in the IA you made one vote about the SupComs powers and there was no option for returning things to the Silentist era.

but question SE ppls, r u disbanded or need to reform. what exactly is your status right now? This problem is very confusing, plz elaborate.
We are simply an alliance that has no communication with its members; this announcement is in part to make sure those members know what is happening.

But then you ask other alliances to shelter your members, which would imply your disbandment.
Am I the only one that is confused about this?

Dear Silent,
Despite what you may believe, you cannot disband an alliance you are not a member of. You made allot of claims in your "disbandment message" but would you like to know the truth? You are not the alliance; we are the alliance, every member of -SE- who wears our AA. The alliance was dieing, but you have no right to try and destroy our home.
-SE- herby calls out to all treaty partners it currently has to provide a haven for our vulnerable members, we need new forums and would appreciate help in setting them up.

I find this to be a very trying time for black. It feels like a golden age of prosperity is slowly coming to an end. New alliances and nations no longer come in there former numbers, and after several wars have left many black alliances have broken. It seems like only yesterday that we all shared a vision of a united and strong black team, and while I believe this future is still attainable, this is another step back from that goal.
Good luck to all the guys I met in my various diplomatic missions, I found you all to be a great bunch and hope you find the decent homes you deserve.

-SE- is ecstatic that it can once again call BDC there full time allies. It was thanks to BDC that -SE- is now in its current strong diplomatic position, and we look forward to an even stronger relationship with our fellow black team alliances in the future.
