Hi guys I got a question. We are a very small Alliance of 6 nations (3 active) named SATA. We are curious about your policies regarding applicants on a constant state of war. These wars, mind you are not started by us but from annoying tech raiders. We are growing really weary of this and decided to look for a stronger Alliance and join them. We will disband our alliance in return. I'm not sure if we can join your alliance while we are at war. We have no problems sending peace offers, but I'm not sure if the attackers are ready to make peace. We need help asap.
