Rogue Nations is a new, loose confederacy of nations. I found that most small alliances don't offer enough to be of worth, but bigger alliances can be oppressive or don't have enough time for all their members, so I started Rogue Nations. Rogue Nations is meant to be group of un-allied nations that band together for mutual protection. [b]Our main appeal is that we have no central governing power, and that you will have absolute freedom to govern your nation while you are a member.[/b] We help each other out in wartime, and any other time that we can.
All that you have to do to join is set your alliance in cybernations to Rogue Nations, to instantly come under our protection. Message any of our members if you need help. -

That means that if I send 50 tech every ten days twice the cost would be 1.6 Mil leaving me with a profit of 0.9 mil

I'm new and my nation is only 2 weeks old. I set up a tech deal thread in the black market. I thought tech deals were where a big nation sends me money via foreign aid, I buy tech, and send him his order via foreign aid. evilkokonut sent me money for a tech deal and I bought the tech, but when I try to send it to him, I get a message saying that a foreign aid offer has been submitted between us in the last 10 days. How do I send him the tech?
