hmm i think your typing too fast maybe that might be ur problem i've never had problems with the declaring war. what is the error message you get? mainly wars is not a best and i mainly dislike tech raiders because i have trouble with them

i never do tech deals mainly because i also have the problem of a tech raider coming after me if i have lots of tech

how about to make things easy for u when u get a nation to look after that is under ur control for a few days u need permission for a few days i think as my friend has told me because to nations on the same ip is a delete and ban its easy to take care of a friends nation is for the friend to set the nation into peace mode there for they won't be attacked by raiders or just people who people that think its funny to attack inactive nations. what i should say is don't try and get to much involed just tell ur friend to go into peace mode while he is off his nation so his nation won't be wecked by hunters! mainly i've never sitted a friends nation and i won't because i fear of getting banned but if i did post any thing wrong just tell me and i'll edit it

the most ones i get is that one to lower interest which does help happiness

this seems great but it can be unfair if ur a nation just getting a tech deal and lose it from a spy attack when the spy thing comes out i would put threat to max and defcon to low but if i was attacked then i would go to defcon 3 if i lose to much happy points i lose income which ain't good if i am trying to rebuild infra and military if attacked

its because you need some forces to stay in defence just in case u get a riot or the enemy sends a attack back what i would do is go hunting for a military bouns like get alumium (sorry if i spelt wrong) or build lots of infra

damn i'm not ready for a war with the nations bigger then me because last time i was attacked by a nation stronger then me and i toke a beating but CA is allianced with some big ones so i don't know what to do, go in to peace mode if my alliance gets pulled in or build up my forces for a onslaught

is it ture what i have been hearing about a world war 4 on CN as the CA forums are saying that they might get pulled in
