I am in need of aid. It would be nice of someome gave me at least 10.0 tech. It would really help my empire out and deal with health problems in the nation. -

I need some tech, but I am running a bit low, and need to get my nation heathy.

I'm a bit low on cash, and need some tech. If anyone is in a discounting mood, that would be nice.
As the topic states, I am looking for a 50% discount for tech. 5000$ for 1.0 tech, 10000$ for 2.0 tech, and 2500$ for 0.5 tech.
Just wondering if anyone has any spare tech and is willing to help a nation out.
Just so you know, I only have 10k in my coffers. -
I'm still really new to this game, so I don't know any of these wars!
