I don't think anyone would bother reading this, but I may as well try. I am in need of aid. It would be nice of someome gave me at least 10.0 tech. It would really help my empire out and deal with health problems in the nation.

Would you mind taking 5000$ for 1.0 tech? I need some tech, but I am running a bit low, and need to get my nation heathy. If only there was no atomic war going on...

I'm a bit low on cash, and need some tech. If anyone is in a discounting mood, that would be nice. As the topic states, I am looking for a 50% discount for tech. 5000$ for 1.0 tech, 10000$ for 2.0 tech, and 2500$ for 0.5 tech. Just wondering if anyone has any spare tech and is willing to help a nation out. Just so you know, I only have 10k in my coffers.

I'm still really new to this game, so I don't know any of these wars! Such weird names for them, by the way.
