Ok, Howdy, long time no see.
I honestly don't know everybody's level of understanding, but NlON's opinion (not one's person) was that the 3d of January wasn't included. So, in our opinion, it was like when they say: "war expires on the 3d of January".
So, we've been naughty for starting a war 15 minutes earlier, that's all. Sorry about hurting your feelings so much.
Regarding the threats to declare a crusade against NlON - well, of course you can try it and probably succeed and triumph for a while.
It wouldn't be the end, right?
I have no government position in NlON and my opinion is my own.

First nuke was fine, that was within the war period. The second was after peace. After you were told to peace out your wars? You decided you would lob another just for !@#$% and giggles.
Even after i send one back without any other attacks to even the nuke out, you reply with GA's.
I'm sorry if you think you are a war machine buddy, you caught me with my panties down after a round of war which i missed two days of. So I'll offer you a 1v1 for the end of the round? Well depending if you are strong enoughWe have a few members, who are new both to TE etiquette in general and to Citadel's rules specifically. For that episode, I apologize.

You are trying hard to accomplish something I don't know what, but read what I wrote: "they were offering it to us even before Krabz rushed "to the rescue"". Individual nations bombarded us with peace offers and we've decided to offer peace to those, who wanted it and fought the rest. Their Leader got my pm, but didn't respond. Trying to catch me on lieing? What the hell happened to you last year? You look like some sort of Kaboom's imposter, who hijacked his account. Please stop screaming - we can't fight you forever. We'll abide by our promise for the Christmas Armstice. If you would like to fight after Christmas, let us know and we'll continue our relationships.

Kaboom, I may be a coward, as you call me and the rest of Citadelians on your nation's page, but I'm an honorable coward (at least that's what I believe).
Krabz basically came to "help" you in your struggle against the evil CItadel, they are your allies. I, for one, never would even consider leaving a war, leaving my allies fighting alone. Our cowardly principles won't allow us to leave Krabz over there fighting alone for both of you.
In the future, please don't bother everybody OWF with questions about your future peace day, just contact Krabz' government as a good and trusty ally of theirs and they would inform you when the peace would come, because I don't know the answer.
If you ask why we are giving peace to NloN - they were offering it to us even before Krabz rushed "to the rescue" and we've decided to grant it to those nations, who want peace and keep fighting those, who don't. They hadn't been drama queens after all.
I'm just an errand boy in Citadel, but consider this post an official statement from Citadel's government.

Robert, mantra about "huge Citadel down declare " had been flashed here again and again. Many missed the fact, that we went with bare arses against nukes and ratio of nuclear strikes till now was more 1 to 10 against us..we have former Daleks as well, which changed our level quite a bit.
..but whatever. Also, you don't need to like us anymore, really :)
Just my personal opinion. Let's fight - it's a long round, ladies and gents :D

You guys can laugh and mock some Citadel government actions as much as you like, just be aware, that due to RL circumstances the old guard is somewhat semi-present in their mind and not making decisions at the moment, but still is out there.
The new blood had been given a fair go. However, if the situation requires and someone in Citadel gets really pissed off, there will be actions.

If anyone cares, Citadel agrees that if you don't post a DoW, you are not actually in war, therefor you are a valid target when we are looking for targets, regardless of when your "war" ended, as you weren't in war to begin with. To clarify even more, it doesn't automatically make you are target for not declaring, just in the long list of available targets.
Absolutely - there must be some sort of an established order to prevent chaos. TE is flexible enough already. Cheers :)

At the moment, the leadership in Citadel is in transition.
Skaullin will be the Citadel Leader from now on, so if anybody is interested in joining Citadel next round or if you just have some sort of queries, don't hesitate to pm him.

Didn't TDO/Avengers or someone try to hold D1 down into a war at the start of the round? That could be the seed that started all this hate.
When will people learn that might is right in this game? All this bull about violating unwritten gentlemanly rules is entertaining. The sooner people learn that you need to stop trusting other people to do the right thing, the better off we'll all be. There is absolutely no place for morality in this world.
Really there is only one way to solve this--straight up blood feud that lasts at least a third of next round. None of the 5 days and peace nonsense. Put your money where your mouth is and fight to the death.

What has happened to the TE community? Wars are boring with no trash talk or bickering and these forums are ghost towns compared to days gone by. And everyone sits around with thumbs up their asses letting Avengers and others build uncontested. Lets just give them the awards.

Good blitz on us and stuff. I like you guys and the war is mucho fun already :D
I had target lists made for both Citadel and Avengers so we were going to toss a coin and then Citadel made it easier by knocking on our door.
The blitz didn't go as planned, was rather weak. We've managed somehow anyway. That's a relief to know, that you've been considering Citadel as a target. To be honest, The Avengers were a closer match, but since we've fought them before, it would be a rather dicky move on our part to do it again in the same round. Hence the War Doves.
Citadel is a traditional alliance, we stand for a fair fight under circumstances..unless we've been wronged - in that case, gloves off. Citadel has no grudges at the moment and we've been enjoying this round as I hope most of you have.
It was a fun war as was our war with The Avengers; we'll have peace when the first wars expire, as far as I know. After the coming update there will be peace :)
