Nonsense. You can say whatever you want, so long as it isn't obscene, and it won't be edited/deleted by a mod, thus, making it freedom of speech. However, unlike real life, players on CN can iniate some form of response in force to a comment they found malicious far easier then in real life, so it means you can't act like a jackass as easily as you might in real life.

@ the op- I'd suggest you take a look at the policies of the assorted BLEU alliances fighting against the UJP alliances on tech raiding before you make such ridiculous topics. You'll find your assumptions with regards to alliances tech raiding policies changing to be very wrong.

The op has greatly saddened me. Where on earth are all the flashy propoganda posters etc. I've come to expect from SE? I mean you guys had some of the coolest ops just for all that randomly neat stuff done by the SE propoganda machine and it was definitely a pleasure to get to just enjoy the pictures etc.

So, apparently:
You have already launched cruise missiles twice today against Kanto. Your missile silos are not prepared to launch against Kanto at this time. (cruise missile attacks do not count against standard battle attacks)However, when I look at my sent messages section, I have not sent a single message to Kanto:
No matter how many times I refresh, I can't seem to get a message to come up and I can't remember if I actually did send him CM's or not.
Just as a sidenote, Kanto could also be Drai; however, since there is no Drai, we can rule out the possibility of that theory.
