I do not wish any harm to anyone in real life) to a message telling me to surrender. According to the rules this is not appealable. However I wish to ask the question what are the factors that determine if something is said in character or out of character? If lol, die is OOC then i'm going to blow you up, I'm going to bomb you, etc should be OOC.
