Reading your announcement, it was all epic and whatnot. Then, I saw the edited section. You need to go back to TalkingLikeaGod 101.
For instance, gods don't say me or I, they say "The Great God of this Planet," and the like. Referring to oneself in third person is so much cooler.
That being said, I really don't care who wins, but I think I speak for most people when I say make it fun and entertaining at least. -
Good show on waiving the reps. It's always nice to see a rose of respect among the thorns of poor announcements.

I'd say that those members who don't want to see the end to UCN must accept that it is disbanding and cherish the memories.
Then, with time, if the desire to stay together and run an alliance is still present, you meet with all parties interested and brainstorm a new alliance with a new name, charter, and image. Bickering now about whether it is disbanded or not does those interested in continuing no favor. Re-brand and declare your existence and I'm sure most will be behind your decision.

Your nation's strength is low, and I haven't even seen loyalty from the 6 nations you claim to lead.
Do you really expect a Protectorate within a week? I'd be surprised to see that in a week you finally realize you have 0 trades and should probably get a trade circle.
But alas! Some do seek entertainment and laughter on this Planet and I will grant you yours in exchange for mine. -

But through your continuous efforts, I have come to change my mind. You are still crazy, but respectable.
As for all of this, I don't see the point. You claim one of the reasons was to tell people not to aid this rogue. Why would anyone randomly aid someone with whom they have no affiliation? Also, they have the GOONS AA now, so that's even more reason not to aid them, right?
Somehow, I don't see people randomly giving money away to a random nation as a real concern of yours...
