Tried it and it still says im banned...

Im guessing that this is a bug because ive done nothing to get banned or anything. Everytime I try to purchase military or to pay my bills or buy an improvement it says ive been banned and wont let me do anything. Like i said i havent done anything to get banned and I just went to war so this could seriously screw me up if not fixed fairly quickly...
