I am looking for an alliance, I can promise daily activity, intelligence, and discipline. My nation is small at the time, but once I have an alliance and a proper trade circle I will begin tech deals. I do not want a hand outs or a place to set. I want an alliance with activity, community, and possibility for advancement.
