While I am probably the worst authority on this, I would have to say both NPO's are bigger than FAN is now, so would it have been better for FAN to surrender, then get big and get revenge? (I am not sure which NPO you mean by NPO, the pacific or polar one)

The best recruitment message so far have been the personal ones, like when someone told me to resize my sig, or to change my alliance affiliation from "Federation of armed nations" to "FAN applicant"

Why thanks for the response, I had almost forgotten my original question. I have also explored other paths, I was given a recruitment offer from "GPA" and "Dark Fist." I did not choose GPA because they do not seem to know the difference between one being independent and one being neutral, and I didn't choose Dark Fist, because all they offered was naked women, and as this is a online game, I could easily attain that via pornographic websites.
