  16. When appealing wars...

    Do verbal warns mean you have to wait longer to appeal?

    What I mean is, I have been extremely active and got a new verbal warning, but I want to be able to appeal my warn levels asap.

    i just got a 20% warn level. If the others that posted in the thread i made dont get an increase, this is clearly bias toward conservatives on here.
