    Maroon: none?

    Red: NPO, FIRE (think they disbanded though)

    Brown: GATO

    Yellow: BTO (I think)

    Pink: None

    Multi-Colored/No official Color: Grey Council

    I stay in the purple sphere and keep to myself, leave me alone :P

    The fact is that the NPO could tell all of their peace mode nations to come out and then they can decide when they sign the terms so they can do it as soon as they get their banks out and they can avoid them taking two weeks worth of damage.

    assuming that karma isn't watching, ready to divebomb them the second they come out, of course. big assumption

    I've done the work. this will give us Affluent Pop (+5% number of civs) and Fine Jewelry (+3 Population Happiness)

    may be kind of useless for later, but for now, being tiny nations, we take what we can get
