Hopefully, this will better explain the idea behind the tech deals to any newbies who wish to participate. Procurers: * You will receive $3 million from a buyer. Purchase tech until you reach 50 tech. Do not have more than 50 tech at any time to maximize your profit! * You will offer your 50 tech to BOTH buyers at once. Don't worry that you don't have enough tech for everyone to accept -- you are doing this to keep your aid slots aligned on the same day. * Please label each offer "MCXA 3x3 #20". Failure to do so may delay processing. * Check your aid slots frequently! When each buyer accepts, buy your next 50 tech and wait for the next buyer to accept. * When all buyers have accepted their tech, you are finished. Buyers: * You will send $3 million to the procurer named below. You will then receive two aid offers for 50 tech from two different procurers. * You will label each offer "MCXA 3x3 #20". Failure to do so may delay processing. * Before accepting each offer, you must verify that the procurer has 50 tech. If they do not have the tech when you check on them, please do NOT cancel the offer. If you cancel the offer, you forfeit that batch of tech. Instead, Plewase wait a little while and check again. If you attempt to accept the offer when the tech is not available, you will need my help and I will gloat, I promise. * Check your aid slots frequently! Please accept your tech as quickly as possible, because any delay will prevent the procurer from pur
