Coalition of Socialist States -------------------------------------------------- Ever since the beginning of time, man has attempted to exploit his bretheren ruthlessly for his own profit. A benefit for one person has resulted in the loss of a multitude. Time after time, only a few have been elevated to an unthinkable state of wealth and prosperity while the super majority of the populous sinks lower. For far too long has the term "poor" been in existance in a world where natural resources and basic necessities are abundant. The vice of economics, capitalism, is at fault for this stain on humanity. It has plagued the human race for an eternity and has corrupted far too many into believing its cause. A cause based on self-gain, a cause based on wealth for the few and poverty for the masses, capitalism has proven to be the largest murderer known to mankind. The have-nots have been pushed down for far too long by its non-sensical structures. We, the members of Coalition of Socialist States, proudly practice and believe in socialism. We believe that socialism has the most potential and effectiveness to establish a working community for the proletariet. -------------------------------------------------- Government Structure of the Coalition of Socialist States *Director-General- Head of the Central Council and the CSS *Vice-General- Second-in-command. *Central Council- Comprised of Ministers, the Vice-General, Military Leaders, and the Director-General him/herself. Elects the Director-General. *General Assembly- Comprised of all members of the CSS. Elects Ministers to the Central Council. The Director-General; The Director-General is the head of the Coalition of Socialist States and the President of the State Council; The Director-General is elected by the members of the State Council. Has veto power over legislation and appoints the Vice-General. Vice-General The Vice-General is directly appointed by the Director-General and serves as his second-in command. If one Director-General should leave without notice or due to other infractions, the Vice-General would assume transitional power until a new Director-General is elected. The Central Council; The Central Council is the highest administrative body in the Coalition of Socialist States. The Central Council carries out the laws enacted and decisions adopted by the General Assembly. The Central Council is responsible to the General Assembly, and reports to them on its work. The State Council exercises the following functions and powers: * Formulates administrative measures, enacts administrative regulations, promulgates decisions and orders * Exercises unified leadership over the work of the ministries and commissions and the work of other organizations under its jurisdiction * Draws up and implements alliance economic and social development plans, and the alliance budget * Directs and administers economic work, directs and administers civil affairs, public security, judicial administration and supervision, as well as national defense * Manages foreign affairs and concludes treaties and agreements with foreign alliances The Central Council is composed of the Director-General of the Coalition of Socialist States, vice-directors, and the heads of the various ministries. The Central Council can override a veto by the Director-General with a two-thirds vote. The Ministries Included In the Central Council Are The; -Ministry of Foreign Affairs -Ministry of Defense & Military Affairs -Ministry of Domestic Security -Ministry of Trade & Technology -Ministry of Recruitment -Ministry of Civil Affairs -Ministry of Justice -Ministry of Finance & Banking Affairs -Ministry of Information -Ministry of Culture The General Assembly; The General Assembly is made up of all the members of the Coalition of Socialist States and has the power to elect members into the Central Council.
