I hate to see this, I seen a bright future in LA when jumperbeast and myself started. Lux Aeterna grew very rapidly and I think that was one of the biggest downfalls. We werent expecting it and we didnt what exactly what to do with the rush of members, and each member had his own idea of what LA should be, once we tried to push all these ideas into the government and into the alliance it utlimately brought us down, made us unstable and was eventually the demise of us. I dont want to carry on and bring this down anymore, I wish all of the members of Lux Aeterna the best in their journeys throughout bob! Also, we have had an issue with our stats dropping, well thats because people decided it was time to go their own way. So here it is Lux Aeterna is moving home, where we feel welcome, to the Purple Sphere. (mainly because we really like that purple peace pipe.) We will be working very close with the alliances of purple on our move! With this change of team color I got our flag changed into this new very purrrrty color. Also we will be changing our government structure and the process of choosing our government. Instead of reposting the whole charter here is our new government structure

THE BLACKLIGHT RAVE TREATY Welcome to the Rave!!! The separate and sovereign partiers of Invicta and the Lux Aeterna have been brought together in the interest of Fun, friendship, and sweet rave parties. All ravers agree that in order for the best party to be had, these terms must be agreed upon. Article I: No fighting on the dance floor All the ravers of both Invicta and Lux Aeterna agree that there should be no fighting on the dance floor. So, even if beer is spilt, we agree not to bust open each-other’s heads. The leaders of both ravers agree that if one of their ravers starts a fight, then reparations shall be paid at the minimal value of 125% of the damage caused and one (1) free rave in the offending ravers channel The leaders of both signatory ravers agree that none of their members will violate Article I by permitting fights, threatening or abusing other ravers in public or private channels, party espionage and/or assisting an party pooper (enemy) of either raver through military or financial aid. Article II. No Party Poopers If an uninvited guest crashes the party, or if one ravors has reasonable proof uninvited guest will crash the party, the other ravers will decide whether to offer beer, money, or help kick some $@! to defend the members of the attacked ravers, and attempt to end the fight. Both ravers agree to offer their peace pipes and dance skills in the event of war with a non-Signatory Alliance or outside party. This role shall be entrusted to fairly negotiate an end to a conflict, payment of reparations, and apologies if required. Article III: Peace Pipes, Gossip and Dance Skills All ravers agree to be friendly to the other ravers. If someone says something about one of the ravers behind their backs, then the other ravers need to tell them what has been said about them. Both ravers agree to help one another with party planning (aka advice and guidance) Article IV. - External Party's In the event of conflict arousal with external rave agreements that interfere with this agreement, it shall remain active and those conflicts shall be resolved on a case-by-case basis. Article V. - Party Cancellations If any of the ravers want to end the rave, they must give 72 hours notice to the ravers in order to allow the ravers to wind the party down. The Stadium of Light ODP Article I: Preamble Lux Aeterna (LA) and1 Touch Football (1TF), as a means of fostering friendship, developing stronger bonds, and mutual prosperity, have entered into an Optional Defense Pact, in order to solidify their bonds as allies and alliance partners. Article II: Defense In the event that one of the signatories is attacked, then the other signatory is encouraged, although not required, to assist through all financial, diplomatic, and military means possible. Article III: Peace No attack against either signatory by the other shall be condoned, and, if it is, this treaty is therefore null and void. Attacks include, but are not limited to, declarations of war, in-game espionage, forums espionage, impersonation of leaders on IRC, and aiding the enemies of the other signatory. Furthermore, attacks between the signatories is forbidden under this treaty. Attacks include the actions listed former to this clause but are not limited to these. Any attack of any kind must be resolved peacefully through proper diplomatic channels, and if this proves impossible the treaty is null and void. Article IV: Intelligence If one signatory gains any compromising information, which include, but are not limited to, PMs in-game about attacks on the other signatory; a message in the Cybernations forum, IRC, or an embassy in either alliance concerning an attack in any way, then they must provide the information to the other signatory by any means possible. Failing to do this will render this treaty null and void. Both parties are encouraged to share other information that can be used as a means of fostering mutual growth and prosperity. Article V: Aid If one signatory asks the other for any monetary aid, and it is found to be not too much of a burden or will endanger them, then they shall provide it to them. It is recommended that after alliance-wide warfare aid requests should be granted to help rebuild the nations affected. Furthermore, to reduce the risk of both alliances during alliance wide warfare, aid should be temporarily cancelled to prevent further attacks on the signatories. Article VI: Trade Both signatories must agree to openly trade with one another for the betterment of the economies of both alliances. Article VII: Cancellation This treaty may be canceled at any time. The canceling alliance must announce, publically and privately, the termination of this treaty. After this treaty has been canceled, a 48-hour grace period will commence, where the terms of the treaty will still apply. In the event that either signatory alliance breaks a term of this treaty, it will be canceled immediately.
