Phase I On the eve of May 04, 2009, Vanzandt had been invaded in the western front by Mattean Commonwealth and East Eden, Grand Master Kleist III, convened the Defence Council, the 2nd Reich Army stationing in Vanagard had been withdrawn to save the Kingdom from invaders. Phase II The defending 4th Reich Army of Major Brener was annihilated and destroyed, but within two hours, the 2nd Reich Army tried to save the 4th Reich Army but surprised by the East Edenians which led to retreat of the whole army. Phase III Two armies from Army Group C (Das Cyclonia Area) were pulled to defend the capital city (Zossen) from advancing Matteans. King Kleist's weekly visitation on the cathedral was canceled due to invasion. Phase IV The whole Army Group C was withdrawn because of strong resistance from Das Cyclonian forces and emerging victory of Edenians and Matteans. The 300,000 strong-men of Vanzandt Armed Forces-Reich Army fought bitterly on Amien City, advancing enemies were repulsed twice. King Kleist III asked Pope Pius VII of Rome to become mediator for peace but declined. Phase V The Defence Council led by the Grand Master (King Kleist III) announced that the national defenses were considerably depleted, as a result a riot sparked due to lack of security forces especially in Zossen, the Royal Family has been moved to Changu near eastern front. The riot have thrown the royal government into Anarchy, however, the Reich Army has been ordered not to surrender. Phase VI King Kleist III appointed Minister Franz to become Prime Minister, Franz convened the Parliament which was attended by only 60 members due to bombings of EM forces (edenians and matteans). Gen. Alexander summoned an emergency meeting, attended by the Grand Master as well as by the Prime Minister. Alexander told the Grand Master that Reich Army can only hold Amien City for next 24 hrs, and Zossen will be the next battlefield. Phase VII Das Cyclonia surprised the kingdom by launching cruise missiles although it made only minimal damages. Grand Master Kleist declared No-Surrender Policy, and ordered the Ministry of Enlightenment to boost morale of the people and build a militia forces. Phase VIII EM Forces broke the defending Vanzandtian in Amien, King Kleist left the city joining his royal famiy in Changu. Prime Minister Franz asked for armistice but was arrested and imprisoned by the King's Guard. The EM Forces entered the city of Zossen, however, the Reich-Army made a major counter-offensive throwing the enemy out of the city back to Amien. EM halt on their attacks, VAF-Army Operational Chief, Field Marshall Manstein declared martial-law and removed all royal officials in Zossen City, Premier Franz was freed, Manstein asked the Premier to make peace with the enemy. Unsure of any answers from the enemy, Premier Franz ordered the Vanzandt Armed Forces to surrender and lay their arms. With the support of FM Manstein, Franz dissolved the monarchy through his royal decree. King Kleist III was arrested and detained by the Reich Army. Vanzandt is preparing to become a Republic. ....................... next....? Immediate Trial of the King He was charged by betrayal of public trust, discrimination of race, waging war, fascism and failure to protect the nation. Queen He was sentenced to death. His wife, the Queen was also charged of betrayal of public trust, discrimination of race, supporting the war and embezzling the money of public. The princes were ordered to leave the country, as well as the 2nd degree members of the royal family. Duke of Haylen was declared heretic by the local church for becoming the only protestant in the royal family. other dukes or duchess were executed by their own local people as part of Clearing of Royalty in Vanzandt. KAF News ($1) xD --------------------- Zossen (AFP) - After a successful war against Vanagard, the Kingdom of Vanzandt has faced an outrageous and unproductive war from Das Cyclonia, a Republic held by Jews, however, despite fierce battle, the people of the Kingdom became more active citizens of the Reich and strengthen their unity against the barbarians. According to the VAF-RA (Vanzandt Armed Forces-Reich Army) Spokesman, the Vanzandt had successfully annihilate the invaders through a massive counter-offensive by the Reich Army. Field Marshall Guderian who led the offensive on northern front said that Das Cyclonian soldiers had been beaten, however, the High Command doesn't expect that the war will be end by next month. On the Great Palace, King Kleist III convened the Royal Privy Council to prepare the country for any disasters, the National Statistics Office (NSO) estimated 500 citizens of 2,000 citizens of Vanzandt had suffered from the disastrous war. The Grand Master (King Kleist III) has paid a visit last sunday in the cathedral of St. Louis, prayed the souls of men who fallen from the war.

Greetings! A state conference was held in the Zossen City, the capital and centre of Vanzandt Kingdom. The state conference was attended by many prominent people such as the Queen, Duke of Haylen, Duke of Dalaran, Count Robert IV, Bishop Teddy, House of Common Speaker Trajan, Mr. Freddie (owner of the biggest corp. in Vanzandt) and Mrs. Azuela (leader of united front against crisis and narcissism) - (UFAC). Zossen Conference resulted in tackling of economy and population. Duke George of Haylen who chaired the conference told the media that a new program will be soon be launch to assist the growing population and the collapsing economy. The Queen pledged to improve the infrastructure by spending 30,000 Mark within a year, Duke Francis of Dalaran also pledged to protect the landowners on his territory by spending 10,000 Mark on land reform. Mr. Freddie and Mrs. Azuela, these people donated 50,000 Mark in total, for the development of infrastructure and lands. Mr. Trajan, Lord of the House of Common, assured that any proposal about upgrading of technology will be approve by the lower house. Catholic Bishop Teddy and Count Robert IV will assist the donors on executing the pledges. The Zossen Conference II were praised by King Kleist III on the success of their project.

Greetings! Let me introduce to everyone the Vanzandt Kingdom's Monarch System. First of all, The Great Kingdom of Vanzandt is headed by his sovereignty - King Kleist III, ruler of Vanzandt, grand master of the Kingdom, sovereign of the united kingdom of Vanzandt, and Supreme Commander of Vanzandt Armed Forces. Whatever happens, the King has the absolute authority over his land which of course we will never become any other than Monarch. Our Monarch had successfully united and led the kingdom into two successful perennial wars. ------------------------------- Our monarch structure is unique: Vanzandt is currently ruled by the King which can be sometimes headed by a Grand Master, however, the current Grand Master is the King himself. Monarch is absolutely a Christian and guided by the Pontiff, the Kingdom were anti-Semitic. The Royal Privy Council, the highest advisory team of the King make the laws and take instructions from the Pontiff. But then, the Vanzandt Kingdom had a constitution which is the 1894 Constitution. According to the 1894 Constitution of Vanzandt Kingdom King should always be sovereign on Vanzandt Kingdom, however, if a Grand Master is existing the Royal Privy Council shall have power to overrule both side when there are error in share of powers such as who will control the Armed Forces, implement new laws, and receive the blessing of the Pontiff. Though, there must be a King in all times, even there is a Grand Master with full authority. If the King is absent, the designated Grand Master shall act as the de-facto leader of Vanzandt, however, if the Grand Master is also the King, therefore, the King should appoint one of his minister in Royal Privy Council to become Prime Minister in a short duration of time maybe two or three years are the maximums. The Prime Minister is the responsible on protecting the Crown Prince, when the King is already dying, however, if the Premier has not been created by the King, the whole Royal Privy Council will be responsible for the security and the crown of the Crown Prince. The Monarch has also a bilateral legislation, the House of Dukes and the House of Common both composed the Parliament Assembly of the Kingdom. The House of Dukes, consists by nobles such as the dukes, counts, and princes. They have an important function in the Kingdom, they form the resolutions for war, trades, treaties, policies and powers, that will be review by the House of Common. The House of Common which act as the reviewer has limited authority but the limited authority could be a hindrance or obstacle to ambitions of the upper house or by the Prime Minister. The House of Common was responsible on approving or disapproving resolutions of the House of Dukes, however, the lower house could not enact any such laws or make any proposals, however, they can endorse in the upper house or request in the Lord of the House of Dukes. (Lord - Speaker of houses) The King can only appoints a Prime Minister if he is dying, constitutional crisis, economic problem, or upon the request by the Parliament Assembly. The Prime Minister can only exercise his functions through the approval of the House of Common, but the Prime Minister can propose a bill in the Parliament Assembly through his Royal Cabinet. The Grand Master has no power to appoint or designate a Prime Minister, or to reflect his powers in the Parliament Assembly. Since the King has no power to remove the Grand Master if too powerful or threaten the Monarch, the House of Dukes will be able to impeach or defunct the Grand Master upon the recommendation of the King. All laws that will be create shall be firstly approve by the House of Common, then by the Royal Privy Council and of the King or Prime Minister. - On War Status - If a King is a pacifist or against the war supported by his people, the King is required to appoint a Grand Master from his Royal Clan, that will take the command of the Armed Forces from him in a duration of war. The King has no power to make peace, however, he can declare war if ask by the Parliament Assembly. - On Economy - The King shall always take care the economy and the people of the Kingdom, therefore, he should spend 40% of his treasure to the economy, and education. The Ministry of Economy is subordinate in executing the policies and projects of the King. - On Crown - The King has a Royal Family which composes by himself, Queen, Prince or Princess or other degrees. The first child to be born will be the heir (Crown Prince or Crown Princess) to the throne, the person could be a prince or princess. It is the duty of the Royal Privy Council to be protect and ensure the security of the Crown heir, if the Royal Privy Council fail to do so, the Patronage Council (Church Institution and Deputy of Government) shall have the authority to eliminate all members of Royal Privy Council.
