  1. Well, advice, alliance's take weeks. You have to think and plot every move of your alliance and after you gain members, even more thought. You need to join an alliance, then learn the steps. Then maybe after six months, if you are actually serious...make one.

I agree tho when i did make mine i just was like bugger it start off by myself, impatient some people are i haven't done that badly after 9 or so months in the job, a lot of hard work involved but i have not gone defunct like about 15 other alliances i have known, we Russians are a stubborn bunch :lol1:

And i hope Jerusalem works well for yourself bige142 TRE is more than happy to support the development of new and upcoming alliances, we may be small ourselves but its us who must stick together to prevail in the longer run!

  2. Well there's your problem; you signed a treaty just because you could. I understand this may be difficult to comprehend but just because you can sign a treaty doesn't mean that you should. And obviously the NAP meant something to you since you signed it in the first place, and to SWF. So by saying now you didn't value the treaty you not only insult SWF for treatying you in the first place, but you show us just much you value your treaties.

And there haven't been hundreds of Alliances that have done that? And still no, both sides really did not care regarding the Treaty it was just a signal that Russian Based Alliances are willing to work together nothing more nothing less It showed my Willingness to work with a Socialist Alliance who in a worser time may have plotted against me and vice versa we both saw that Russians fighting amongst ourselves was not good, (my stance on Socialist and Communists based alliances on Russia was rather hardline but since soften due to this Treaty which is a postive thing i have SWF to thank for), the treaty was thrown our way, we signed simple. Please do not imply something that is not there i know what i said so do not take it out of context.

I have no ill feelings with SWF over the lack of communication we had in the last part of the year but 2010 is a new year and in my Official Estate in New Zealand we bring the New Year already and a new year of Diplomacy for TRE and SWF. As i said Earlier NAPs aren't really worth signing in this world.

So which part are you gonna pick apart now? I said what i said, no hidden agenda, this is why i dislike Announcements you say one thing someone thinks another, i'm sure you have better things to do then this.

Wishing to debate further with myself feel free to send me a PM i will not be replying here further.

  3. I suppose. Though true to being an Emperor of Russia, he's overextending his reach diplomatically which undoubtedly played a part in no longer staying in contact with allies but instead trying to make too many friends as quickly as they could. A common diplomatic blunder, but easily remedied by not over deploying one's diplomatic staff but instead focusing on allies and real close, but non-treatied alliances.

I have 2 Allies, and i was not allied to SWF it was nothing more than a NAP not really relevant in this world but was signed for the reason that we could, they did not seek to upgrade it and neither did I. We are not seeking many friends and only to work with a select group of individuals who share the same ideals as us, and the German and Canadian Alliances both have those ideals.

And as i said before i did not have the member capacity to send people off to all alliances we had contact with, SWF has 6 times the membership base of us and there by should have countless Diplomats ready to send to alliances, they did not and i was not gonna waste my time requesting one. I made relations with 5 Alliances which 2 ODP's signed a MDP Pact (void due to TBH disbandment) and 2 NAPs, (one which upgraded to PIAT and the other well you can see for yourself)

And to Mr Xander i only set myself up as a Diplomat to alliances i have excellent relations with and only 2 Alliances in which i have established Embassies there with myself present and active on.

  4. Russia, why has you stop send North Korea oil and aids?

Now we has to rely on China, and they keep put lead in it.

There is a North Korea!? I never saw this coming Last i heard it was part of Japan following my Nations failure in the Russo-Japan War.

Our Oil Advancement Program only Supplies to the Canadian and German Industries along with the Soviet Union though their need is not as great.

  5. Sounds like a lot of effort was made to keep contact with SWF. Also signing just because you know one guy there is never a good idea and generally a waste of time.

Well i only signed one with SWF as i signed one with SU and the leader at the time Veneke had this swell guy convince me into it and we maintained good communication for a few months and then vanished and when SWF never bothered to dispatch another Representative it didn't bother me to much, i did not have the man power in which to have Foreign Representatives with all Alliances we talked with so i let that slide.

    Good day to you Marx.

I don't really do announcements i like being behind the scenes but i guess being an Emperor i must put up with these formalities so here it goes...

Treaty is to end 72 hour period to renegotiate before it is considered null but that is not in my alliances best interests and i'm not sure SWF would not care much anyway. SWF was a different alliance when we signed it was a much smaller one like myself and with no contact with them (since my contact up and left for another alliance) time to bring in the New Year with one Less Treaty to worry about.

The St. Petersburg - Volgograd Pact

    Article 3: Validity

The Non-Aggression Pact is valid from the date of its formal signing till 31st December 2009 where a 72 grace period is given for both sides to renegotiate the pact if both sides feel it is not serving them in their best interests or the pact can simply be discarded during the grace period if they feel they no longer need it. The door is always left open to a fellow countryman so if seeking early dismissal of the pact it can be can called with a 75% majority of that signatories Government, a 48 hour grace period is given in that circumstance to deal with the change.

I guess this is the part where i wish SWF luck in the future, not like they need is they are 6 times my size i'm the one needing luck

I do wish them a Happy New Year as the Year of the Bear is upon us! Russians all around the world will rejoice

    Signed :

Nicholas II - Emperor and Autocrat of all the Russias, King of Poland, Grand Duke of Finland, Governor of Alaska

Yes the man with the many titles. And a Shiny Crown for each one.
