I think as long as you don't trade, aid, war, interact in any way with that person, then I'm pretty sure you might be fine.

My understanding of the the rule was 1 nation per network. It could cause some issues but if the nations were created on different networks and don't interact with each other then you should be fine.

If any plays the game on the same IP as you and they got banned, then you can't play because the system bans ip's not just a single computer.
