    You should have an outline charter. Nothing binding until your alliance is functioning but something to give a basic idea as to what kind of alliance you're making.

    i will have a mission statement up soon...i would say with 2 to 4 hours. i will also need some new people to help with the small things, making a new application that is nice and clean. something a little better than the one i created. i know i dont have all the in and outs on the forums yet, but everything is being peiced together. i should have everything done very soon. also i need to get the alliance in to the CN website and what not. as soon as i get somone that can design a flag that would be nice also...just would like to see some people join. i still have alot of open positions open. alot of high ranking spots.

    Does anyone want to Lead a NEW allaince? How would you like to be the next President or VP of an alliance. You could even be the head of the military, SS, or Border patrol. The options are endless. There are plenty of these postions opend due to us just starting this Alliance up. Although we dont have a flag yet we are also looking for people we good media skills that can add some spice to our forums.
