I had a IRC chat with Otto, and Texas is off limits.
The rest of his lands are fine, though.
Ok well then may I have those then, or at least part of it?

Finalized version: Otto has all of Texas, the rest of his former territory is Viniland's protectorate.
Which means IA, no land for you.

So now I call all Catholics and the three Catholic Churches to settle aside our differences and praise the Lord together in this new alliance made solely for the worship of Jesus Christ and His Father.
