    I actually rather like the craftmanship there ^_^ .

    Why the helmet though? It seems odd with the communist t-shirt.

    The work was submitted anonymously, so you may have to settle of the interpretations of spectators.

    The first thing that came to my mind was it being a colored-in hard-hat, making him a construction/factory worker (obviously in a socialist country because that's decent working conditions).

    Who is a closer ally to you--ODN, or FOK?

    If the two were on opposite sides of a war--or clearly would be in a future conflict that you saw coming (not nec. against one another), who would you side with? Would you cancel treaties to pick a side, or hold the treaties and try to act as a mediator to prevent the war?

    I'll let a more senior member make an official statement on this, but imo (I get one because we have a Congress) INT is a frequent volunteer as a mediator so that would be the position I would vote for.

    Ha ha ha. Lolcommies.

    It has been suggested that you take a somewhat capitalist approach to tech dealing. Can you confirm this?

    If I understand the rumor correctly, they would be implying that because the seller nations make a profit, it is capitalist. This, however, would be a misunderstanding. Tech deals are mutually beneficial, with the seller making a steep profit, and the buyer saving money; tech deals are established for the main purpose of distributing the wealth to the lower-tier nations while strengthening the alliance as a whole.

    This TC is going to be losing its lumber/iron trade by next update (25days inactive), so to get ahead of this we are looking for a replacement.
