It has been over six months now and still no word from the quiet, desolate areas that are known as the Democratic Slavic People's Republic. With concerns for the citizens of the DSPR in mind, a telegram has been delivered to the government of the nation, requesting a swift response. Should no response be received within a week (OOC: 24 hours), Catahata shall extend their helping hand by sending a scouting party into the country to find out what is going on, and re-establish a state of control if necessary.

Recruitment Efforts Deliver
MoD Jimi Hendrix confirmed today that the Royal Armed Forces of Catahata have successfully recruited a further 2,000 men and women into the army following the establishment of a new propaganda campaign two months ago. Fifteen new recruitment stations have completed construction as well as a further four training complexes for the regular forces and a second complex for the selective professional servicemen.
New Training Program
Following recruitment into the forces, all soldiers undergo two months of basic training, followed by specific training depending on what area of the forces they shall partake in. This program is designed to give every person in the army basic understanding of handling a weapon in any scenario, meaning any person - right down to the last cook, should be able to fire a gun with reasonable accuracy. Following basic training, an engineer for instance would then receive training in his specific area of work. An infantryman on the other hand, would be given further training on how to survive, improvement of agility, and development of general ability and stamina, for example. There are institutions and forts across the nation that allow the training to be facilitated.

OOC: Taking over and winning are two different things. One could take over the entirety of a nation, but does that mean he/she won? No. It just means he took over the territory.
OOC: I didn't make that post in support of Franz so that he may win, I made it in support of fair play.

It shows that Cybernations is moving out of a feeling of war and into a state of very prosperous and hopefully long peace.

OOC: Merger, stop RPing Franz soldiers and being hypocritical (and ridiculous) enough to make a map portraying you taking over the whole of Denmark in a single day, in conjunction with that time frame you suggested.
Lynneth has already done the appropriate calculations and proven that you could simply not win at this stage, so in fact to suggest you can take over anything is rather far fetched.
