Big thanks to Fallen Fighter for recovering the flag! If you guys want to keep it, here it is:
If you could move the boat to the left hand side, remove the white line coming from the right hand side of the circle, cut some off the top and bottom making it banner sized, and then in the remaining purple space make a few versions, with the text:
One with "Nations of Ascended Honor"
A second with "NOAH Announcement"
and a Third with:
"Join NOAH!"
I can give you teh monies.

I'll miss that flag
The main reason is because someone lost all of the images we had.
Don't suppose you still have/feel like making a banner for us? Or at least a bigger version of that. They've all gone missing.

Well, I've been saying my alliance needs a new flag. Here's our current one:
We'd like to keep the boat somewhere on it, or an Ark of SOME kind, but apart from that, we're not too fussy. Nothing overly complicated, and no writing please. And if you feel like it, maybe a banner to go with it?
If we get something good, and the rest of the alliance likes it, I'll organise some sort of reward, and then maybe we could talk about some more alliance graphics too.
And by a reward I mean at least $3m at some point. I have no guarantees from the rest of my alliance, but I'm sure I can come up with some cash...
Anyway, flex those creative muscles.

Well, I plan on stopping (finally) when I go to uni. But I think it will either be gone, or everyone will be bored and idling, with 90% of the remaining members stagnating in the current world power.

I wish people wouldn't take things like these as a personal slight.
We're just doing what we think is best; not trying to 'work the crowd', or insult our former allies. Some of the comments in this thread have been downright hostile in nature, when all we did was activate a clause in our treaties. If we thought we would be allies forever, the clause wouldn't have existed.

I understood who it was directed at, but I just wanted to assure people that it wasn't people trying to act ballsy, or people trying to give a certain image.

Good luck to all parties involved. Once the bond and trust that supports a treaty is gone, there isn't much point in keeping it.
That said, those that are saying that VE and a particular grouping of alliances are the only ones with balls/honor/morals/insert other stereotype here are doing the same exact thing that the complain that the "NPO Drones" whom they are so fond of criticizing for their, "Mindless posts." Parroting statements about "balls" and "honor" while criticizing the other side's "mindless hailing" really doesn't help your claim that you have originality.
Believe it or not, not everyone allied to the NPO or a tC alliance is a "drone" or a "meat shield," canceling a treaty with NPO or IRON doesn't make an alliance any better than any other alliance, and disagreeing with someone does not make them automatically wrong. The Continuum and their allies are not the only ones that have used strongarm tactics and have thrown their weight around to get what they want. My own alliance has experienced this kind of treatment at times from alliances who were not part of the group many who posted comments about "balls" see as being in the wrong. There are treaties formed on friendship and trust on both sides of the MDP web, it's not all part of a nefarious scheme for world domination, and those allied to the NPO or its allies aren't all puppets.
I can't speak completely officially of course, but in no way was that the kind of impression VE were trying to give, by ending these 3 treaties. As it has been shown on these forums, alliances and friendships, and all of the Cyberverse evolves in time, and it felt like the time for these treaties had passed.

Couldn't NPO release FAN on probationary terms? A 3 month Viceroy? Something better than Eternal War?
