I'll echo the sentiments of dcrews20 and say that having Grub or another high-up in Polar comment on this would be nice to clear up whatever misunderstanding most of the world still seems to have on this issue.
Why should they waste their time? They've already been forced to discuss this in just about every thread concerning Polar since the war. -
I will gladly accept all money pledged to The Save UPN Fund on behalf of NG.

First book was the best anyway

No way. Storm of Swords is better. -
Calling Legion a meatshield is an insult to meatshields everywhere.

Don't interact with each other in any way whatsoever
This. Do it and you should be fine. -

I made that clear!

So it seems. There are so many pages in this thread I couldn't read them all

No way man, Man Love Accords for life.
Maybe we can see if Legion wants to become a signatory. -

Don't worry, some of us still lack morals.
I'm glad I don't have to lose faith in my friends then.
We aren't. Polly just has a hard-on for NAAC
So necrophilia? -
I never saw Tetris as moralists, maybe I don't pay enough attention.

WAPA is a horrible alliance to have in AZTEC, what else is new?
That said, I was very relieved to see that it wasn't The Last Remnants signing this treaty. -

I agree, but at the same time I Think one of the more interesting things about the past few years has been watching the changes in some people and alliances like this ex-NPO bootlicker jerkbag:
Agreed. Fortunately I joined during the twilight of NPO's hegemony so the changes have been evident enough.

Let's hope so. Even with new grudges forming it would be a shame to see the old ones fade away.
It makes it hard for people who weren't around for the Great Wars/VietFAN/choose any pre-Karma conflict but still have to assimilate themselves into a world full of grudges that they'll never fully understand. -
Even if the game goes on for another 10,000 days people will still be holding grudges and arguing over events that happened in the first 2,000.

It is amusing to me that so many people take Sir Paul seriously.

There goes my chances to be in the collective.

lol Ned on the iron throne. The man does have a good head on his shoulders though

Shame to see you go.

HAHAHA, then you wonder why people vote for you as one of the worst poster? This would be a prime example. Next year you will also have my vote, I expect better things from you next time. Don't let me down.
And you'll have mine. -

If that's true, that's 30 minutes they should have spent doing something else. RL exercise comes to mind. Maybe some power walking in an area with real trees.
Interesting coming from someone who is a former triumvir of a major alliance and has clearly spent a large amount of time discussing things here. -
They left an organized alliance and formed a new alliance in order to launch attacks against an alliance they didn't like. What do you think a rogue is?
I look forward to Olympus' generous rogue policy being applied in favour of people attacking it in the future.
Fixed that for you. -

At least it will give everyone a CB for years to come, so there is that service done too.
Will they be declaring on individual nations then? I'd be very surprised if all of the nations that comprised Thriller ever found themselves together again in the same alliance (though I wouldn't be opposed...Londo when do we roll Argent? ). -

Don't worry, we'll be seeing you in a little while.

I'm shaking in my boots.
First successful nuclear strike went to Thriller, shouldnt you of waited for them to land the first nuke? Prehaps you view it differently than me in regard to first strike policies
The policy says if nuclear weapons are employed. It doesn't make a distinction as to whether they hit their target or not -
The minute you attack another alliance who doesn't want to do things your way.
Looks like we have a conflict of interest then. Luckily my good friend Mick can help you through this.

I somehow doubt it that you even remotely tried to contact them and suggest them the idea's (spies, warchest) before all of this. let people play the game they want to play it.
Nutkase really beat me to the punch here, but what happened to letting us do things how we want to do them.

This is perhaps the most important lesson that this community seems to need to learn. This type of game needs people who enjoy playing it however it is that they can. Their enjoyment will in turn lead to others enjoyment which is exactly what Opethian and PPF seem to have done over the years.
This type of game needs less people who get upset when others don't play the game the way they want it to be played.
