    You would be correct, except Sedrick spied first (which was a successful spy attack). He told TENE he was going to attack them and then spied on one of their members. Said TENE member then spied on Sedrick (which failed), then came the battle. Sedrick then ran to MHA for protection and MHA said "I don't think so", then he ran to NSO and they said "sure come on in, we don't care that your in a war or not". NSO was contacted and informed of what Sedrick had done and they didn't care. The rest is in the OP read it.

    NSO refused to pay any reps, all NSO had to do was cut him loose (as he was a rogue on the run when they excepted him, hence the reason MHA rejected him), pay the reps for him (which means all hostilities end), or keep him and let him take his punishment and help him rebuild after. NSO opted to send him aid instead, even though Hoo told them several times that if they sent the rogue aid it would be considered an act of war on Rok, as one of our members had declared on the rogue in defense of TENE.

    Do you know how to read? The logs are in the OP. NSO was made 3 offers actually: 1) Pay reps to TENE 2) Cut the rogue loose so he can face what he did 3) Keep him and let him take his punishment. NSO went with another option instead, they sent the rogue aid after Hoo told them several times if you send him aid it will be considered an act of war against Rok. The aid that NSO sent the rogue could of paid the reps or could of been used to rebuild the rogue nation. Instead NSO sent the aid to the rogue, knowing if they did that there would be consequences for doing so.

    Your alliance (NSO in this case) could of easily paid the Reps for him, instead they sent him aid to fight.

    I believe Hoo said "<VanHooIII[RoK]> We will be more than happy to cease attacks on Sedrick once he has paid reps to TENE" so what you said about compensation is a lie sir. As far as what you said about "any genuine attempt at discussion either prior to or even after attacking sedrick" you was offered several choices on what would be considered acceptable. 1) you could have cut sedrick loose (he was a rogue and you was informed of this). 2) Pay reps to TENE and keep sedrick. 3) sedrick gets taken to ZI, after which you could keep him and send him aid to rebuild, which would be about the same amount you sent him in aid. So to say "If they had made any genuine attempt at discussion either prior to or even after attacking sedrick, we wouldn't be here" is simply a lie sir.

    As far as the CB goes, Heft you where told several times that if you aid sedrick that it would be considered an act of war against ROK. You decided to ignore Hoo's warnings and send aid to sedrick anyway. So basically you decided you wanted war. I have a question for you Heft, does NSO even bother to check and see if an applicant is at war? Do you check with their prior alliances to see why they left? I know Rok and all her allies (and most of CN) does check things like this before excepting a new member.

    You need to reread what I wrote I didn't criticize anyone for insulting my friends. I defended my friends in GO by calling nutkase pathetic and then I criticized the lame attempts of others that tried to insult GO and myself. I could careless what someone says or thinks but for the love of God at least come up with something intelligent. I mean come on "poopoohead" (lol, that was funny)what are we 4 years old? How about we just start saying "I'm rubber your glue". Come on already if your going to try and put someone down at least move beyond pre-school.
