Preamble:
The New Roman Military was formed to unite nations as one and bring peace and prosperity to the White Sphere.
Article 1:
Admission: To join the alliance you must have met the following requirements and fill out the application on our forums. You must not be in any wars. All members must stay active on the forums and IRC if possible. We may after a certain period of inactivity on the forums declare you a ghost and ZI you or make you leave the alliance.

Article 2:
Basic Guidelines of a Alliance Member: We expect from you 110% as an alliance member. We want you to be active on our forums, posting daily and giving NRM advice on how to make this alliance a bigger and better community.
Article 3:
Tech Raiding: We allow tech raiding only if you get it from the two of the triumvirates and the Minister of Defense. The nation must not be aligned. If you tech raid without permission youll be given one warning. If you continue to raid without permission you will be expelled and possibly Zied for these such harsh actions.
Article 4:
Nuclear Policy: We allow nuclear warfare if nuked first. If not have been nuked and you nuke someone you will be conisdered a rogue and a perma zie target for NRM.

Government Structure:
Triumvirate: NRM will have 3 leaders that all work together to coordinate and lead the alliance in the right path. If a triumvirate declares war on an alliance without permission from the Minister of Defense and one of the other Triumvates consequences will be paid. Triumvates may only be removed through resignation or if they are voted to be removed by the ministers with at least a 4/7 vote from all of the ministers and triumvates. This happens if a minister thinks that the Triumvate is not completing his job correctly
Minister of Defense: The Minister of Defense will deal with alliance wars, tech raiding permissions and making sure everyone is signed into their battalion. The Minister of Defense must have prior experience in the Ministery of Defense to be in this position. He holds the authority to declare war on alliance Via he's talked to the Triumvirate and can grant permission to tech raid.
Minister of Foreign Affairs: The Minister of Foreign Affairs will deal with getting treaties with other alliances and making diplomatic relations with other alliances. He has the authority to make treaties and sign his name on it Via asking the Triumvirate and it winning. He will be impeached from his position if he does not keep up his duties.
Minister of Commerce: The Minister of Commerce will deal with the Tech Dealing Center and The Aiding. He will make sure every new recruit recieves their 500,000 start up aid. He Will also make sure every nation is growing and getting tech deals, if a tech deal is failed he will bring it up with the rest of the government.
Minister Of Internal Affairs: The Minister of Internal Affairs will deal with making sure we're getting recruits weekly and ensuring every nation has reliable white trades. If he cannot recruit anyone we will make sure he gets a new recruitment letter and ensure we keep up our recruiting.
Amendments: Any Amendments done to this charter must have 2/3 of the alliance votes or 4/7 vote if only the Ministers are voting.
