    The government of the Oceanic Alliance would like to apologize for the declaration of war against ARN. It was a rash error, made in haste with out thought. We would like to thank the Athenian government for not canceling our protectorate treaty. The Oceanic government would like to affirm that this will not happen again, and the terms of the protectorate treaty will be followed.

    Hello CN, We have at OA have a few announcements to make,

    As some of you may know, the Oceanic Alliance is more than 1 month old now! We have grown into a 35 members, from 13 about a week ago. I would like to thank all of our active members and the best protector ever, Athens. We have a new Minister of Ship Management (Internal Affairs) his name is RemeberNever, and he is an excellent member.
