I need 3 tech sellers for LONG-TERM deals.
I'll pay 2mil for 50 tech. No middlemen, Isend you 2mil, in 10 days you send me 50tech, in 10 days I send you 2mil etc etc.
Only serious nations not involved in wars and older then 60 days (I've had troubles with newer ones).
I expect precision and delivery on-time. (the deals will go simultaneously starting on the same day, so I can track it easily.)
If everything goes well after 3 deals, I'll raise the pay to 3mil->50tech.

Buyer 2: BeerGuzzlers
Buyer 3: Strider

Buyer 2 sends 3mil to Seller 2
Buyer 3 sends 3mil to Seller 3
Seller 1 sends 50tech to Buyer 2 & Buyer 3
Seller 2 sends 50tech to Buyer 1 & Buyer 3
Seller 3 sends 50tech to Buyer 1 & Buyer 2
