There is some concern on who attacked who first
UASS nation Rubel declared on Baps before any Baps nation declared on UASS so in game they started the attacks.
this is fact
they ALSO started the attacks by Spam attacking our boards ,including boasts of sending Baps nations to ZI ,and many anti homosexual comments plus some pretty nasty stuff in game to several supposed friends.
We responded to the in game attacks by moving 2 members of UASS to the top of our ZI list
Valhalla lol can jabber all they like but you wont prevent that (enjoy your own circle in hell lads).
We responded to there anti-homosexual spam attack on our boards to change there spam attacks to love letters to each other
there was no anti homo-sexual rhetoric in our edits of there post .
Chef Joe you lie again anyhow UASS they are Valhalla's problem now , I guarantee that before 2008 is out you swear there was never a more sinister attack than the landing of UASS on your doorstep.
Hell one of the reasons we had that fool Tumin in our MEXS position was the amount of resignations from the position running around dealing with UASS query's,problems etc we had.

I know you're being attacked from many sides by lots of people, but dragging yourselves into another war is not a very intelligent course of action. 6 wars really do tend to kill infra much faster than 6 do, even if one may get to nuke more.
I'd really try to be more cool headed and calm about things than fuel all my actions with bitterness/hate, because quite often it leads to doing things without thinking at all (OOC attacks for example)
UASS did attack first both in Game when Rubel declared on 3 Bpas nations and when they attacked our forums with there Spam campaign
unleashing UASS on the rest of CN is the most toxic attack Baps could ever be capable of enjoy

Some inescapable truths in this little conflict.
1. Nations bearing the BAPS AA engaged in the rogue sanctioning of a nation belonging to someone they didn't like.
2. Said nation was a member of an alliance that was a protectorate of Valhalla
3. Valhalla got upset, and decided these actions, combined with others, was a valid reason for war against BAPS.
4. Many friends of Valhalla also decided this was a valid reason for war against BAPS.
5. Day one of the war, individual surrender terms (quite fair ones, I might add) were given to BAPS.
6. First BAPS surrender came within MINUTES of the DoW's, from a brand new BAPS nation, still in forced hippy mode.
7. BAPS was warned that escalation to a nuclear level would at a minimum, bring on all the nuclear weight of at least one alliance at war with them.
8. "Rogue" BAPS nations nuked several nations, some flying Valhalla AA, some Elysium, and some Molon Labe. A great nuclear counter-offensive was launched, plunging many BAPS nations into an almost never ending nuclear winter. Individual terms were taken off the table, as was any discussion of alliance-wide surrender terms.
BAPS nations that were not involved in the original transgressions were given a chance to surrender, to take the "fair" way out. Some chose this route. Others chose to fight alongside those who betrayed them, and those who chose to stand and fight, at a minimum, condoned their acts by fighting alongside their traitorous brethren, who started the whole mess. Continual whining about an outcome that could have been prevented is not only in poor taste, but getting quite nauseating.
your synapsis is not quite accurate
1-A member of ACDC was the senator who did the sanctioning, there was no BAPS senator at that or any time
2-This was done with 2 other member who joined from ACDC less than a fortnight previously (founding members of ACDC ) and there real life friend a member of Baps gov who helped bring them into Baps
3- On saturday night /sunday morning Valhalla contacted Baps with threats they told us to pay for acts we knew nothing about ,we said if thats true its pretty bad but have you any proof , Valhalla showed no proof gave Baps 24 hours to comply
4-Valhalla closed all diplomatic channels and 4 hours before the 24 hours was up removed surrender terms
5-A large number of Baps members escaped to peace as we tried to resolve this diplomatically
6-each day no wedge and his ilk refused to talk alliance wide terms meanwhile also refusing a cease fire on those Baps nations who did not make it into peace
7- 3days into the war a member of ACDC feeling bad finally provided some proof of the Baps rogues actions
8-Valhalla still refused to talk terms with Baps and now started insulting baps goverment during negotiations kicking our negotiation team from the channel and taking away there voice loling with each other about how we were to listen not ask questions
9- senior Valhalla members openly joked about baps being sentanced to perma ZI
10-the 5 day peace nearly up the logs of Valhalla "diplomacy" were shared with the alliance , With the knowledge that no peace terms for baps would be forthcoming we made a decision to go out of peace and fight together
11- Baps made there charge into a 15-1 against War
12 Baps allies and coolest guys on Bob TDSM8 came with
13-Valhalla panicked and hastly convened peace talks
14-Valhalla after discusion with there allies that they would be protected gave Baps terms of 3billion dongs and again kicked all Baps members from there channels
15-Baps went nuclear after deciding that We Irish will always go down swinging
16-Some Baps nations upset with the complete lack of diplomacy from Valhalla and construing the GGA -Valhall pact the day before this all started sttacked IIC and OOC attacks on GGA and started sending there cash and Tech to old friends in GOONS
17-UASS a small pain in the side of Baps for some time that we had been protecting resigned from baps and joined the POW camp of Valhalla ,some comments of traitors were made to UASS
18-UASS Member and president Rubel declares on 3 Baps nations are begins spamming the Baps boards
19-After responding with Nukes and the fact that the war is dragging on Valhalla resort to sanctions on Baps nations alliance count on Baps has reached 20-1
20-Valhall start to realise that ZIing an alliance is harder than it looks

It has been obvious for months now that NPO is put out that it cannot catch the GPA in the size stakes
It has been doing what it does best which is politically manipulate a dog pile onto its rivals (I say this with grudging admiration)
This one when it kicks off (and it will kick off) will be closer than most but with the lackey collective behind them it will be over as a contest all too quick.
If the NPO have the courage and fortitude to back up there calls for even wars I would love to see them take on GPA on there own .
I know they don't need too ,but it would provide a war with and unknown outcome for the first time in an age , and I for one would love to see if NPO can bring it when it needs to be brought.
That said we know this wont happen , the lackey collective will fall in line all to quickly forgetting there signed DoNs with the GPA.
The only real question now is how long before the first shot is fired

Incorrect. That's only the odds of the first attack succeeding. Each attack is independent event, IE, the chance of one succeeding has no effect on the next one.
And that is my point each attack is independent of each other

Yes to attempt to do 31 attacks in a row would be quiet audacious and slightly stupid the odds of success would be very low of succeeding.
But you mention the odds of the first succeeding would be 90%+ that is the only odds that matter.
As that is the odds of success when carrying out the current attack
When you go to make the second attack the odds don't get worse as the odds don't know whether or not the previous attack was successful.
Now with that in mind and the timeline for the supposed attacks I think 90% chance of success is probably quite low we should not be picking averages of NPO nations As an attacker would have the time and choice of nations to pick from you need to change the formula to what is the odds of success against the worst prepared NPO nation today
So my decision to attack is always based on really high odds of success not the supposed less than 1% of success they oly go below 90% if I have to make an attack today not if I can choose to make an attack today

Actually you worked your way up from 100 mil and 1k tech to 1.8billion in nuke damages alone.We were given 24 hours with these terms plus some crap about the senate and 4 other stupid clauses about who we could talk to and stuff
but no access to logs to prove that Baps were guilty of something
4 hours before the 24 hours were up (and 2 days before the logs were sent by ACDC) this offer was withdrawn and for the next 5 days terms were refused by no wedge
the 1.8Billion in nukes is just my bill the alliance is much bigger hell before a nuke was launched you had still refused terms ,Mhawk gave us a figure of 2.5Billion to 3billion but had no authority to sanction this
Lets be clear Baps have made lots of mistakes here
And in frustration some nations have acted out here on the forums
But lets be clear you never offered terms to the alliance Baps at any point, a 170+ 2Million strength alliance was given the option of bleed to death or go out fighting

If it is an MDP, why is the declaration only against one alliance, especially one that declared is part of Overlord's Protectorate Pact, and not single alliance. That is not honour. That is cowardice, or to be more precise sheer stupidity.
