Alright, I already searched for this and found nothing, and checked the FAQs and didn't see anything, but Im famous for not seeing the things directly under my nose, so if this has been covered and It slipped by me, im very sorry.
My first question is, is there any way you can create and upload a custom flag for your nation? I noticed certain people posting about having someone create a custom flag for them, but I was unable to locate an option to upload a custom flag.
Secondly, is there any place here to download larger-size images of the default flags available? I have found one I really love and wanted to make it my desktop background.
