This war had the potential to result in mutual and utter destruction. I believe it would have been much more even-sided than other wars and it could have been very entertaining.

Yes! Great work Athens! Keep it coming! You know who really is at fault? The Knights o Ni! How dare they be vulnerable to attack and have lots of tech. Only Athens had the grecian balls to stand up to KofN and their arrogant and immoral tech hoarding. Way to show them who's boss. In fact KofN should be thanking Athens for taking technology out of their hands. Having technology is an invitation to be attacked by a much larger alliances made up of arrogant, boorish nations totally unconcerned about the welfare of small alliances. KofN wouldn't want that to happen!
Those criticizing Athens are only doing it for political gain. Come on! Athens nations knew they would have to face the consequences of attacking other nations even if it meant ending up with more tech than they had before the war. It's always been an okay practice to attack small vulnerable communities just because you can. There's nothing wrong with that. Why isn't it happening more often? Don't think of it as stealing tech think of it as exporting fun. KofN is having fun right? I'm sure they're celebrating their dropping tech supplies right now.

What is upsetting about this is that it is a tech raid on an established alliance, something that is not practiced. Unaligneds take their chances; most people join alliances for community and also to avoid being tech raid. This establishes a precedent that goes against the unspoken rules of the Cyberverse.If a nation is not safe from tech raiding in an alliance, then something integral to the way the Cyberverse has worked has gone awry.

EDIT: I don't agree that the defeat of the NPO resulted in the world going awry.

The POINT is to steal.
It is still an alliance-wide war no matter what your reasons for it are so therefore it should be treated like any other alliance-wide war.

I was disappointed when I realised you have nothing better to do then sit here and post someting about honor and disappointment every minute or so even when nobody replies to you. You should change avatars and pretend you're somebody else each time, it would give the illusion that many more people are outraged by something which is practiced every day.
You're trying to justify this because it happens every day? Pushing around small alliances and stealing their tech is bullying no matter how often it happens.
