I'm going to have to agree. If mandozer posts in this thread I will reach Nirvana. I'd consider joining that GOONS-lite if mandozer was made lobster or something. Until then I'm staying over here so I don't get any Koma on me.

Holy crap, Mandozer is the one (aka well, sorry I can't say his aliases cause the censors would block every word)... Man I personally banned and unbanned him 3-4 times on the forums and IRC. Ya, I was dumb and looking in the success stories rather than the normal archives. Man that was a good callout. So was the banning of him on IRC in the GOONS channel. I really don't understand why we kept him around that long anyway, cause it was funny to laugh at him, but really you don't need him there to do that. Now what was the name of that other spaz that we kept banning for going off the reservation every 5 days?

I remember seeing Koma's thread, it was just a couple months after we kicked him out of GOONS (the permanent time, not the 5 other times). I'll take a look in helldump later and see if I can fish it out. Got damn is that dude a creep.

You do know that just about any internet meme or joke you laughed at in the last 5 years probably game from SA (GOONS)? The difference between GOONS and everyone else is that they realize Chuck Norris jokes and lolcats stopped being funny after the 3rd one was posted. If GOONS had a saint, I think it would be George Carlin; make fun of anyone and everyone that takes themselves too seriously. Also Arcades man, it's been a long time since I remember seeing you, damn this is a great thread.

See, this is exactly why GOONS won't reform. GOONS had a sense of humor, while most other people seem to have had that module uninstalled.

Haha sounds like you might actually know his identity. I never thought to ask him before I got into the post war with him in Julio's squad, and he went insane/genius on us. (Yes, I am claiming full credit for unleashing him on the world. Also, I was the one who got DV to make the zero1 forum haha. Wow, that's about the most only important thing I've done in this game).

There isn't really too much point in GOONS reforming. The whole point of GOONS was GOONS, not CN. Reading the boards was far more entertaining that anything in-game. Never forget that saying "You may be playing Cybernations, but we are playing SomethingAwful." That said, I'd love to sit down for an e-beer with any ex-pats. Maybe someone should organize a GOONS rememberence month so we could fly the flag for a few days for !@#$% and giggles. EDIT: Holy crap, I totally forgot, anyone have any idea where zero1 is now? I have a theory about who he might have been (from SA)...

Dude, it was GOONS, did you really think that 1000 chimps on meth could be controlled or organized for any serious length of time without it going to hell? Also shout out to my man Umar, RIP wogs indeed.
